My Dream in the Year of the Tiger

*I'm finally back here!*

I was a survivor of leukemia and I know how it feels to be really sick and counting days.

Tiger Run contest opens up my heart once again for me to try to fulfill my dream in the year of the tiger.

When I was diagnosed with leukemia, I was only 5. Imagine my parents' frantic souls when they discovered the news that their daughter has leukemia and she needs immediate treatment. I was flown to KL General Hospital a week later and my mum told me my situation just got from bad to worse.

She was practically crying every night seeing my worsened condition.

There came a night when my life totally changed... I was touched by an angel. It was almost a miracle when I found myself recovering and going back to school the following year.

I couldn't be more grateful for my dear Lord for healing me and here, I am today, wishing I could share my story with cancer patients in different hospitals if I am granted the wish of winning the RM8,888.

With that RM8,888 available, I will make as many visits as possible to different hospitals in Malaysia, sharing my miracle with them and at the same time, telling them not to give up hope, especially in prayers. The RM8,888 worth of dreams is for me to buy souvenirs and gifts that can cheer the hearts of these patients and also for my traveling.

Tiger Run, please make my dream comes true in the year of tiger so that I'll be able to share my dream with many others!

Hey, I came upon your blog when I googled for Tiger Run.

I think you're amazing person because you survived leukemia and if you won the RM8888, you'll visit to every hospital to share it with other unfortunate patients. it's something that we wouldn't think of, including myself.

I hope you'll do well in your future and hope to meet you some day. Happy CNY :)
